Chronos Name: David Harkness Age: [not found] Issued Sidearm: Berretta M92F The newest member of the TCD, Agent David Harkness was recruited to the TCD at the request of Eike Spencer. David has a reputation in the rest of the CDF as the team hothead, not entirely undeserved given his willingness to use his unique talents to their full potential. With a large amount of prosthetic modifications to his body, (something he doesn’t like to talk about too often) David’s role in the TCD mainly involves working with CDF armed response teams in the apprehension of suspects, and serving as the main team expert in prosthetics.
